Would you like to configure a Wi-Fi network from scratch?

In the first part of the workshop, an introduction to Wi-Fi networks will be presented, including theoretical and technical concepts, the evolution of Wi-Fi over time, and the potential of new standards, such as IEEE 802.11ax. In addition, the applicability of Machine Learning techniques to improve the performance of emerging Wi-Fi networks, including flying networks providing Internet connectivity in temporary crowded events, will also be presented.

In the second part of the workshop, you will have the opportunity to configure a Wi-Fi network from scratch, being able to provide Internet access and a set of network services to its users.
